Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?

RETURN POLICY:

All our products are brand new and come with a one year warranty for product defects.. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following is a guideline for returns or exchanges

All merchandise, is eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery. To return or exchange an item, you must Submit an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number by filling out the return request form We will email you shipping instructions and issue a refund within 30 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error made by Wag Tag Pet Products LLC. We must receive the return no later than 10 business days after we issue an RMA number. All products returned must be factory sealed, in original packaging, factory new container, and include all reference material, parts and packaging materials. An open carton fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged for any opened item. Some merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse or return any package that does not comply with our Return Policy.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 business days of date of delivery.

SALES TAX:

Wag Tag Pet Products LLC is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipping to customers located in the state of Ohio. Current State sales tax rate is 6.25%.


SHIPPING:

We ship by UPS. Tracking information is available by A tracking number will be emailed to you expediently.

We happily ship on your UPS account upon request. Online shipping totals are shown prior to submitting you order and are calculated in realtime using UPS actual rates.

Business Hours: Orders will be accepted online 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Our customer service department (Orders / Product Questions / Comments) will be available during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm / Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
